Types and prices of consultation
Two (2) types of consultation are available:

It will be carried out through the Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams platform and will have a maximum duration of (30) minutes.

You also have the possibility of paying the amount of your consultation or video conference by bank transfer, using the same form above and selecting the “Transfer” option.
In this case, we will need you to send us the proof of the transfer to our email info@bufetetrujillo.com, so that we can respond to your request as soon as possible (24 to 72 hours depending on the bank).
Payment security
Online payment by card is made through the Banco de Sabadell secure payment gateway (SSL), to which website you will be redirected from here. Our firm BUFETE TRUJILLO will not have access to any of your data, Banco de Sabadell will notify us only by email if the payment has been correct or not.
How do I know that payment has been received?
Whichever form of payment you use, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the payment.
Guarantee and returns policy
For the cancellation of an order and because the advice via online that we provide in BUFETE TRUJILLO begins as soon as we receive the bank confirmation of the payment from our clients, they have a maximum period of 2 hours, from the time in the one that made the payment, to request the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount paid. The customer must send an e-mail to advocats@bufetetrujillo.com indicating his name and surname, his email, and the amount paid. Once these data are received, the return will be made.
